FELIPE LOZANO, AUB P&D
Eric from HD Supply White Cap in Tacoma told me today during a visit that Felipe is one of the best drivers they have come by their warehouse. This came up after they reiterated their mask policy and issues they have had with other drivers from different carriers.
Thank you Felipe for taking care of HD Supply White Cap in Tacoma!
– Brandon Kollars, OLY/BRE Terminal Manager
JON OKARSKI, AUB LINEHAUL
I received a text from Jon Okarski after his first night with our new line driver for Bend. He explained in detail all the work that they had been doing. Can’t thank him enough for the care and attention he is putting into this training. This is filling a big need for the Bend terminal as we have been struggling to get all of our freight into Bend.
Thank you for making Jon available and helping us out. Much appreciated!

ERIC “BIG TEX” ANDERSON, AUB P&D
I wanted to reach out to you to say how wonderful Eric Anderson was on today’s delivery to A Dog’s Dream.
Not only was he friendly, he was very attentive to the items on the order and navigating our store. I deal with drivers daily, and this was one of the best drivers I’ve had contact with in my 20 years of business. It’s very rare that a driver takes the time to do the delivery properly, and Eric did just that. I felt I should communicate to you what good service he provided.
– Lori Anderson, A Dog’s Dream
THOMAS DAUGHTERS, POR P&D
Thomas was super cool and professional! Service like that is refreshing these days!
– Jason Hanks, Customer
JAMES “JIMMY” CULBERTSON, STK P&D
Jimmy is one of the best drivers I have ever had. He manages the communication between us and the client, and is always helpful with HazMat paperwork to ensure our shipments depart on time.

GERRY MARTINEZ, LAX TERMINAL MANAGER
I wanted to let you all know about something I felt was simply an outstanding act by Gerry that happened just before the Christmas holidays began.
Gerry Martinez with OAKH really went out of his way to help us ensure an urgent shipment from Interface here in GA was intercepted in LAX on Christmas Eve (this was prior to the committed delivery date). The freight was urgently needed by our customer, Google, for an office install of carpet tile for one of their executives to be used for an upcoming podcast.
There were probably double digit phone calls and emails from Interface a few days prior that led up to this as well. I just thought it was such an above and beyond act by our partner at OAKH.
It was so impressive to me that he did not hesitate to help us out, despite the late notice and the fact that it was Christmas Eve, with such a long term customer that has also grown their west coast partner business exponentially over the past 6 months.
Thank you to Gerry and the whole team at the LAX terminal that made this Christmas miracle happen!
