I’d like to show some gratitude for the amazing Oak Harbor Rate Clerks I have the privilege of working with.

• Kelly Proctor: she’s a wealth of knowledge and memes
• Karie Martin: always willing to do the extra stuff and provide morning jokes
• Nicole Bean: her wit is only matched by her lightning speed, I mean seriously speedy
• Anthony Gonzales: He provides a huge support for this team, but his humor makes coming to work so enjoyable; and my gratitude giving wouldn’t be complete without acknowledging my fearless leader,
• Cory Webking: She genuinely cares about me and trusts me to do what needs to be done, this is so appreciated.

Central Rates Corrections Team

I wanted to take a quick second out of our extremely busy day to give a huge shout out to our Central Rate Corrections Team

As we get busier and busier as the year progress it puts a lot of pressure on our team from practically all departments company wide, mainly billing. From time to time our Night Rates Production Clerk will have to be pulled from her duties at night to help finish billing. This creates a lot of extra work for our team as we now have to finish up for her, but all team members just “pull up our sleeves” and get it done. The tenacity and resilience of this team is exemplified on a daily basis, and I think that’s what really sets us apart from most.

Yes this is me being a little boastful, but I truly believe we have the best team hands down. This stems from the top (Cory Webking) down within our department!

Thank you to my ENTIRE Team in CRC (Teri Ramsdell, Karie Martin, Nicole Bean, Kelly Proctor, Misty Gablehouse, Tami McClain, Paula Greenleaf, Helen Malone and Cory Webking). You ladies are the best to work with.
