Silver Leaf Award: Randy Johnson

Spring is here and what better way to celebrate than Randy Johnson, RNO Operations Manager, being presented with a Silver Leaf award from David Vander Pol.

Randy went above and beyond in assuring a fellow Employee’s welfare. The four core values of Oak Harbor Freight Lines are: Family Comes First, Lead from the Front, Except Exceptionalism, and We Take Care of our Customers; four things that Randy exhibits every day that he comes into the office. Not only does he do great things, but he inspires others to do them as well.

Randy shows these core values day in and day out, every day, not just this one day where he helped a fellow Oak Harbor Employee. It is my pleasure to work with a person that has such a vast wealth of knowledge in the industry. If asked what is a perfect role model is; it would be Randy. The whole terminal felt proud this day as he was awarded this honor. Hats off to Randy. Sure, he will be a repeat recipient of this honorable award.
