Thank you to all that participated in our 2021 Employee Survey. We are finalizing all the terminal specific data and that information will be shared by your local leadership soon.
Our company wide results are as follows:
We had 76% of employee participate, down 2% from last year. Our Engagement index is 56, last year it was 57 (down 1 point from 2020). Participation is important because we want to know how we’re doing from everyone. Make sure to keep an eye out for OVS announcements to let your voice be heard.
How many Employees are Rowing in the right direction?
20% are rowing in the opposite direction(disengaged), 48% are in the boat with no oars in the water (neutral), and 32% have oars in the water moving us in the right direction (engaged). We have remained fairly flat on these numbers with a goal to improve year over year.
The goal of this survey is to highlight the areas our Employees feel we are doing things right and areas we need to focus on. We want this survey to spark conversations between employees and management to find ways for us to improve, get more employees rowing with us and make Oak Harbor an even better place to work. Keep an eye out for more updates on this survey and for the improvements we will be making in the year to come
