I just wanted to say that I had a really great experience with your company. I get big appliances delivered here & there, and I always hope that it gets sent via Oak Harbor. Most other freight companies I’ve dealt with have been nightmares lately. It was refreshing getting an email to arrange the delivery too. That was a first for me, but it made things quick & smooth. The driver was very friendly and was careful with unloading. Just thought you deserved being recognized for a great experience!

I had the pleasure to meet Antonio when he delivered a very large piece of equipment to my studio, the second week of Oct 2022. He was very polite, helpful and saved time by taking responsibility saying that I was in ‘good hands’--words to that effect. He came through for me and I hope he delivers my next piece of equipment! Antonio is a model of great customer service, and more businesses would do well to have an employee like him. The first thing I noticed about Antonio: He is a kind man with a good heart.
