Lori Justice-Faulkner was presented the award for her work recovering a shipment that was misdelivered in the Dayton system and needed to get delivered in the SEFL territory. It was very difficult as the people that had received the shipment had already unpackaged it and she needed it repackaged in order to get it picked up. She stayed on it while keeping the customer informed all along the way. FINALLY, 3 weeks later, the freight delivered and the customer was thrilled. Nice job Lori!!

Dave Mathison, Recruiter, was also presented the Silver Leaf Award. He was working in SLC and, due to a family emergency, they had no one to cover the OB shift. Although it had been a bit of time since he had done that job, Dave quickly volunteered and gathered all of his resources to get the job done. I would expect nothing less!

Congrats to both of you!!
