Celebrating Success in Stockton

Stockton held a celebration dinner for the metrics accomplished by our Outbound Dock crew, as well as the performance from our Supervisors in Stockton.

Looking back into our WPT improvement we accomplished a huge swing with getting more weight on to our trailers. YTD we have improved by increasing the weight per trailer by 18% when compared to the previous year.

In addition, our BPH improved from 1.50 to 1.61. Ontime closures improved from 93.3 to 97.4 and direct loading improved from 76.2 to 79.6.

With all of these improvements, the overall Outbound service improved from 84.4 to 94.5 We also improved Inbound service significantly from 80.29 to 96.27! This, in addition to our recent reweigh improvements, has proven to be a team effort. We are happy to share the results with our team and celebrate their successes.

Troy Hardy, the Stockton Operations Manager, has done a great job systematically working with each of the Supervisors on their personal development. As they continue to learn, they are proving to have what it takes to see continued success.
