We have selected three internal candidates for the upcoming session beginning August 1st. Our new group will have the month of August to transition from their current work location to their new one as Leadership Students. They will begin in-person work September 18th.
As you see by the size of our student groups, we are seeking top-tier talent, looking for quality rather than quantity. The LEAD course is designed to prepare long-term leaders for careers in leadership at Oak Harbor Freight Lines. With that in mind, we are confident the three students we’ve selected are exactly that: long-term future leaders for this company.

Connie has a knack for solving problems through collaborative teamwork.
She was a recipient of our Silver Leaf Award on October 27th of last year. Away from work, Connie enjoys camping, hiking, and urban gardening.

Hailing from from Brawley California, Rudy is naturally very competitive and his two kids define his focus. “One of the most important goals for myself is being the best father I can be.”

Zakee was born and raised in Las Vegas. Full of ambition, he is a self-proclaimed anime geek. He enjoys art, music, games, and self-discipline.
