Silver Leaf Award: Adrienne Burnett

In January of 2022, Adrienne took over the role of Accident Processing after having been Oak Harbor’s Vehicle Registration Clerk for many years. Adrienne immediately identified the need for more robust processes for the recovery of claims dollars that Oak Harbor was entitled through accidents that are not our fault.
To say her efforts have not been “fruitful” is an understatement. An audit of the past three years revealed OAKH was due approximately $306,348 for outstanding property damage claims from accidents/incidents that were not at-fault.
As of the end of 2022 Adrienne has recovered $211,158 (66%) that Oak Harbor was due! Outstanding effort by Adrienne!
