New Hire: Mika Maltas, FON Account Manager

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Maltas as our new FON Account Manager. Mike will be replacing Kevin Taylor as he retires at the end of the month. Mike is onboarding this week in Fontana and will have the opportunity to receive a thorough turnover from Kevin over the next couple of weeks.
Mike comes to Oak Harbor Freight Lines with 36 years of experience in the LTL industry. He started his career in Operations then soon moved into Field Sales and Sales Management.
Mike is a California native and resides in Lake Arrowhead. Mike has been married to his wife, Lisa, for 27 years and has a daughter, Chelsea, and a son, Nick. In Mike’s time away from work, he enjoys spending time in his home woodworking shop as well as gardening.
