I just wanted to send some positive feedback your way about working with Felicia Garrett today. I truly felt she went above and beyond and wanted to send a shout out to you about her. We had a tough situation with a VERY demanding client in our Oregon location who was not happy about a shipment that we initially thought was missing. Felicia got involved, took charge and did not backdown until she located the freight. She kept me updated throughout the entire process with both calls and emails and had a positive and happy attitude the whole time. I know she does not have an easy job and has to deal with unpleasant people a lot, so I just wanted to recognize her. She did a really wonderful job for us; it was very much appreciated.

I am just amazed at how thorough Anthony is in everything he does. I am not surprised he is now a supervisor. When he first came on to the Central Rates (or my recollection of dealing with him in this capacity) group to now, he has been an asset to your team. He did not have to look into the issue of emails going to a service center but he went above and beyond and discovered an issue that no one would have realized. Please give Kudos to Anthony and I hope he keeps up the amazing work he does.
