By Daniel Orr, Terminal Manager/ Account Manager- Medford, Bend, Eureka & Klamath Falls

On August 7th we had a Summer BBQ / Retirement Party for Mike Note.

Medford Employees and their families came out to TouVelle State Park on the Rogue River for a BBQ and intense Cornhole tournament.

We were able to celebrate the career of Mike Note, who worked for Oak Harbor for 31 years. Mike worked in a variety of roles over the years and finished out his time with Oak Harbor running line. Mike was known by customers for his kindness and by other drivers for having the cleanest truck in the company. As a retiree, Mike plans to spend his time working on the long list of projects his wife has for him.  We are very thankful for Mike’s dedication to Oak Harbor Freight Lines for over 30 years! The Medford team is grateful for these four employees who have combined for over 100 years of service at Oak Harbor!
