Happy New Year from your HR/PR Team! January is the perfect time to check several of your HR and Payroll items to ensure they are correct, and you are set up for a successful 2025!
Please check the following in Dayforce for accuracy:
Your 2024 W-2 documents will be available for download from Dayforce.
Your 2024 W-2 documents will be US Mailed to you. Ensure we have your correct mailing address in Dayforce before this date.
If you claimed “Exempt from Federal Income Tax in 2024”, you will need to go into Dayforce to re-claim the exemption for 2025. The deadline for re-claiming is February 15, 2025. If you do not make the change Federal tax deductions will resume on the February 22 paycheck and once deducted, can’t be refunded by Oak Harbor.
If you changed medical plans with RGA, or enrolled for the first time you should receive a new medical card. If you haven’t received your new medical cards yet, please contact RGA directly at 866-738-3924. If you did not change plans, you will not receive a new card.
If you enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and haven’t received your debit card yet, please contact Navia direct at 800-669-3539.
If you were enrolled in an FSA in 2024 and enrolled again for 2025, you will NOT receive a new debit card unless your current one has expired.
If you enrolled in a Health Savings Account (HSA) for the first time and haven’t received your debit card yet, please contact HSA Bank direct at 800-357-6246.
Employees enrolled in the HSA Plan prior should check their card expiration date. You will only receive a new one when your card expires.

This strategic change was made to offer more support to employees through investment education, financial advisement and fund performance evaluations. Onsite employee meetings with representatives from RBC will be at our larger terminal locations in Q1, 2025. Watch for a meeting schedule to be published soon.
We will be using Quantum Workplace this year for our annual all employee survey. The survey will be conducted over 2 weeks, March 11-25. We are looking forward to using this new platform for our survey as it provides additional benchmarking information over our prior survey.
