This Annual Sales award was renamed in 2022 in honor of the late David Vander Pol, who loved his work – especially his travels and opportunities to participate in sales calls.
The goal of our annual sales award is to recognize those who have Exemplified Excellence in selling OAKH, encouraging our Sales Team to focus on closing new accounts and adding additional volume with existing accounts, while staying ahead of contract renewals and leveraging supplemental sales opportunities to deepen overall account penetration.
We changed the points structure in 2025 to better account for recurring revenue and volumes, and this has created some large swings in revenue potential.
