We greatly appreciate everyone that participated in sharing your thoughts to help Oak Harbor Freight Lines in our journey to be the premier carrier & employer in the west! Below are the overall results of the Employee Survey’s that were conducted in the 1st quarter.
January 2025
If you owned the company, what is the first thing you would change?
Comments were focused on having an increase in Employee recognition, accountability, and operational efficiency. Employees also sought changes in our training practices, something we are actively working to improve through our new learning platform, Oak Harbor University.
February 2025
Do you feel comfortable speaking about Safety concerns with your local management team?
The reported comfort levels varied throughout the company. Employees felt heard on their concerns but would like to see more action taken on them.
