Wow! Our teams just completed a whirlwind of certifications. The L&D team (Adam White, Tom Rush, and Kerry Millikin) would simply like to stop and acknowledge the herculean effort your teams just put forth to complete all those overdue certifications we had. 

Your teams just eliminated nearly 3,000 overdue certifications in…a couple months. 

Amazing. 

What a major accomplishment! Thank you for owning that.

The systems that you have in place to avoid and/or quickly correct billing errors when they happen is greatly appreciated! Please don’t lose that ability or take for granted the advantage that gives you. I also suspect it’s more than the standard processes you have in place… I would guess it’s also probably also a culture thing too. Good people just do a better job, & it’s obvious that Oak has some great people.
