All Active FT and PT Employees are required to complete Open Enrollment this year for the 2026 Healthcare Plans, FSA, HSA, and Unum Voluntary Benefits, regardless if you plan to make any changes to your plan, you must still complete Open Enrollment.
This is your only chance to make updates or additions to your 2026 benefits, unless you experience a qualifying life event. We want to make sure you feel confident in your choices, so please take a moment to review the updates below when enrolling.
All Flexible Spending Accounts for medical or dependent care (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) must be enrolled in every year. Your 2025 elections do not automatically renew. We’re happy to share that payroll deduction percentages will remain the same for 2026! As healthcare costs continue to rise, these plan adjustments help us maintain a fair balance between premiums and the valuable benefits we offer, including retirement savings and paid time off.
