Sales Excellence Standings

As we hit the 3-quarter mark of our 2025 sales competition, it’s the perfect time to celebrate the effort, consistency, and teamwork that’s carried us this far. Nine months in, our sales team continues to show what determination and reliability look like every single day.

The leaderboard is heating up! The top 2 Account Managers are battling at the front, but the race is still wide open; anyone in the top half could still find themselves in the winner’s circle.

These standout performers have done an incredible job uncovering new opportunities, negotiating with professionalism, and turning leads into customer relationships. Their results come from focus, follow-through, and a willingness to take initiative.

As Gary Ryan Blair says,

What kind of competitor sees the finish line and slows down? Always finish strong.

That mindset fits perfectly here at Oak Harbor Freight Lines. Whether you’re closing in on new business, following up with a customer, or wrapping up the year, now’s the time to dig deep and finish strong.

And let’s not forget the backbone of it all: Our operations and administrative teams. Every accurate dispatch, on-time and damage-free delivery, and positive customer experience helps us keep the promises our sales team makes. You’re the reason we can confidently Bring Peace of Mind to our customers every day.

Let’s keep this momentum going! If you see an opportunity for more freight, let your local Account Manager or Terminal Manager know. Together, we’re not just competing; we’re growing, serving, and delivering success.

Thanks for all you do to make Oak Harbor Freight Lines an amazing place to work. Let’s close out 2025 the same way we started it: Strong, united, and driving forward.
