Oak Harbor has implemented a Wellness Plan for all Employees and Spouses covered under the OHFL health insurance plan. The plan is designed to help us build healthy, preventive habits by going to a medical provider and having preventive physical and basic blood-work screening done on an annual basis. We believe this will help our Employees with early identification and treatment of potential medical issues.Employees have until August 31, 2026 to get all 3 steps completed to maintain the current premium levels. Employees choosing to not participate in this Wellness Program will see an increase to their paycheck medical premiums starting in January 2027.
