I would like to comment on what wonderful service I received working with Annika Mayes! Annika was always very courteous, returned my calls and emails right away and was very professional at all times. The person that hired Annika knew what they were doing. I always felt she would do her best to accomplish what needed to be done and I have to say I enjoyed speaking with her as she was very pleasant and reassuring. Thank you Annika for making our transaction smooth and enjoyable and thank you Oak Harbor Freight Lines for making the right choice in hiring her. Sincerely, Catherine Jasso

One night a Wenatchee Road Driver, Curtis Wills, had tractor issues and was broken down on the shoulder of the interstate. Multiple Oak Harbor drivers passed him, however none stopped to check on him until Jon Okarski from AUB stopped. Jon had an extra bottle of water with him he provided to Mr. Wills and confirmed Curtis was able to make contact with a shop for vehicle assistance. Thank you Jon for your thinking of a fellow Oak Harbor Freight employee and checking on their welfare. Sincerely, Rob Bardorf AUB Operations Manager

I had to reach out to OAKH yesterday about missing freight. I was transferred to Lydia in Boise to figure out where the freight was and if it was damaged. She was so nice and pleasant to talk to. We clicked immediately and I felt as if we had worked together for years. That is hard to come by right now with the CSR field and the freight world in general. I just wanted to reach out and let someone know that she’s doing an amazing job whether it be internal or external customers. I will be reaching out to her in the future because she does such a good job. Thank you, Alana Middleton SEFL Customer Support Advocate
