Terminal Visits: MTV, WVL, OLY, and BRE

Laura Parkinson, B2BI Manager, Robert Rosales, IT Director, and I had the opportunity last week to visit four of our terminals in Washington State. During these visits, we got to meet the teams there, discuss their communication needs, and tour their terminals. It was an insightful view on how we can better accommodate terminals of different sizes, to make sure that everyone is heard and spoken to.
