Promotion: Joe Lapp, Central Linehaul Coordinator

Joe started with Oak Harbor in 2014 as a Dockworker and worked his way up to an Operations Supervisor in a short amount of time. He has proven to be a team player in Portland, filling in on all shifts when needed. Joe will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Central linehaul team.

Joe has been with his wife Debra for 29 years, they meet while he was working at a bowling alley. They have 4 children together and 9 in total. In his free time Joe enjoys playing Overwatch with his youngest daughter online. Joe is also an avid salmon fisherman and enjoys going to Bremerton to go fishing with his brother as often as he can.
