New Sales Process Manager – Gerrit Foster

Please join me in congratulating Gerrit Foster on his new position of Sales Process Manager. This is a new position to the company. As we as a company continue to grow our volumes and employee count, it is imperative that we develop and maintain consistent processes in all areas of our business. One gap we identified is a lack of that accountability in our sales silo. Gerrit will be taking on the challenge of becoming our Sales Process Manager and being our Subject Matter Expert on sales training and development.
Gerrit has been with the company for 11 years now in a variety of capacities and his skill set matches this position to a tee. When not working, Gerrit’s hobbies include spending time with his family, watching his boys play sports and walking his dog. He has been married 26 years to his wife Dawn and they have two boys, one a Freshman in College and one an Freshman in High School.
