Jeff Hanson’s Silver Leaf Award

When we first started out with the consolidation program for REI, there was confusion on the bill of lading and how it should be filled out. Jeff Hansen stepped in and personally walked our Customers through it then connected them with Chrissy Bates to make sure the full load was to go with Oak Harbor rather than a competitor. This is just a small example of what Jeff does. He goes in to pick up his loads, sees freight routed with another carrier and knows it should be ours. Jeff goes above the call of duty and always does an excellent job with his Customer base. He is a great asset to our team and Oak Harbor is lucky to have him!
The Lewiston Team had a breakfast, Thursday April 18th, celebrating the Silver Leaf Award that was awarded to Lewiston Driver, Jeff Hansen. Dan Vander Pol, Co-President, and Joel Spencer, District Manager, were in attendance for the presentation. Chrissy Bates nominated Jeff for the above interaction he has had with one of our customers in Moscow, ID, Northwest River Supply.
Jeff’s attention to detail, and always looking to add more freight to the Oak Harbor system has greatly contributed to the success of the Lewiston Terminal and Oak Harbor Freight Lines.
