A Special Thank You
& Kudos to Billing & CRC

I want to take a moment to give a heartfelt shout-out to our incredible Central Rates Team and all our Billers. The past couple of months have been particularly challenging in billing, and I’m proud to say that everyone stepped up and got the job done.
Our Billers worked tirelessly, often into the early hours of the next morning without complaint, day after day. Your dedication, resilience, and teamwork did not go unnoticed, and now that things are starting to return to normal, I want to personally say THANK YOU for your outstanding effort and commitment during this tough time.
A special kudos to Vanessa Oakland and Sarah Hayes. Throughout this period, they went above and beyond, jumping in wherever needed and working flexible, often unconventional hours to ensure billing stayed on track. Their willingness to split shifts and assist nightly is a true testament to their dedication and teamwork.
And I can’t forget Karie Martin a huge THANK YOU to you as well. Every morning, Karie took the initiative to clean up the rating queues that couldn’t be completed the night before. She and the Central Rates Team not only handled the extra workload but also continued to perform their regular duties seamlessly.
I genuinely feel lucky to work alongside such dedicated, hardworking, and supportive teams. You all make a difference and I’m incredibly grateful for each of you.

On behalf of Cory, Val, and myself, I want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Lately, our department has faced some challenging times—being short-staffed and managing a high volume of work—but each of you has stepped up without hesitation.
Whether it’s coming in early, staying late, or going the extra mile to support the team (or another department), your dedication does not go unnoticed. These qualities can’t be taught—they’re part of who you are. This is a testament to your character and commitment, and we are truly thankful.
As we prepare for a significant transition in our department, I can honestly say there’s no group of people I’d rather go through it with. Your resilience, teamwork, and unwavering support mean everything.
Thank you for everything you do—day in and day out. Keep up the incredible work. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful beyond words.
