2025 Highlights

Your Learning & Development team got a lot done last year!
1. We launched Axonify, oakh.axonify.com
Our new Learning Center Platform that serves as the hub for online training material andÂ
courses for OHFL.
2. We helped ensure the entire OAKH team was up to date on DOT and OSHA-required compliance courses.
3. Adam White, Learning & Development Specialist, delivered 3 Driver Training Program workshops for 18 Drivers, including Driving Theory, HazMat, and Smith System.
4. Adam and I provided 48 monthly leadership workshops, hosting 710 learners overall and exploring 12 unique leadership topics.
5. Tom Rush, Instructional Designer, and the Axonify team created or improved upon 19 learning modules for our teams to more effectively learn.
