Learning & Development Update

This summer has been very busy here at the Learning and Development department. This June, OHU LEAD program graduate Adam White joined as a learning and development specialist with an extensive background not only in learning but also LTL work, click here to see a full introduction of Adam. July saw the further expansion of the team, with Tom Rush joining as a Learning and Development Specialist.

We are now deep in the weeds surveying learning and development programs across the company and developing other learning initiatives. In particular, we are excited about are developing our new supervisor training and reviewing our Learning Management Systems. We are also stoked to start the new LEAD program this fall. Congratulations to our 2023 LEAD students Connie, Rudy, and Zakee. Welcome!
