Text & Email Alerts
Many of you prefer receiving information by text and email. To ensure you receive updates, verify your contact information and alert preferences in Dayforce.
Login to Dayforce via the app or browser and confirm:
Your mobile number is correct, and the alert box is checked. Text alerts let you know when new information is available to view in Dayforce.
Your email address is valid, verified, and the alert box is checked. You can add multiple email addresses and choose one or all to receive notifications. If you have an oakh.com email, updates will go directly to your OHFL inbox.
Your Dayforce notifications are visible in the app and online.
Eco Boards and Dispatcher
Information is also shared through Eco Boards and in both the online and print editions of Dispatcher. We’re glad you find these resources helpful.
