Introducing our New Safe Driving Awards Program!
We’re excited to announce the launch of our Safe Driving Awards Program, designed to recognize and celebrate employees who demonstrate a long-term commitment to safe driving for OHFL
Award Milestones
Employees will be recognized for every five years of safe driving! Every milestone is an important achievement, and we’re proud to honor those who consistently put safety first.
Each five‑year set of Safe Driving milestones comes with a curated selection of awards, giving you the freedom to choose how you want to celebrate your achievement. Options range from practical items like high‑quality coolers and stylish watches to bigger rewards such as Blackstone grills.
The variety ensures that every Driver can pick something meaningful to them, making the recognition both personal and memorable.
New Quarterly Recognition Schedule
To ensure more timely recognition, Safe Driving milestones will now be announced on a quarterly basis. Previously, milestones were announced yearly, this new approach allows us to celebrate your achievements sooner and more often.
How You'll Be Notified
Eligible employees will receive an award notification email from our awards provider, Smart Source.
