I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Felicia. I have worked with her for several years, and every interaction I have with her is consistently positive. In my 25 years in this role, working with many different carriers, she stands out as my favorite by far.
Felicia doesn’t simply perform her job—she truly goes above and beyond. It is clear that she cares about the quality of her work. She is exceptionally responsive to my emails and takes the initiative to track down materials when we are short. Her diligence directly helps reduce the number of freight claims filed with Oak Harbor, which is greatly appreciated.
In today’s world, negative experiences often get the most attention, while positive contributions can go unrecognized. I believe it’s important to acknowledge people who genuinely make a difference, and Felicia absolutely deserves that recognition.

The delivery was sent on a truck too long to get to the home ☹
My Amazing Driver Khris McCreary was a miracle worker!!!!!!!! (He has done the impossible for my deliveries in the past as well).
Please make sure Khris McCreary gets some kind of Award or recognition, as he went so far above and beyond to make this delivery possible.
