Observed an Oak Harbor Freight Lines truck Northbound on I-5, Jerry was the only semi in a pack of trucks obeying the speed limit. He was also paying close attention to the traffic. I'm a retired law enforcement and notice good drivers as well as the bad ones. He deserves an attaboy!

Wanted to give a kudos shout out to the Tyler Raab. I had been traveling beside him for about 15 – 20 minutes and Tyler was doing everything right. His distance between vehicles is good and very safe – reaction to vehicles cutting him off perfect. Tyler is a very good professional driver.

I just wanted to pass on some kudos for one of your drivers, Joe Stephens. I had a return package scheduled for pickup. The day of, Joe was unable to get into the building and I was offsite. He left his phone number with one of my colleagues and after talking to him on the phone, he gladly said he'd return back to our office even though he already left for the next delivery. I really appreciate him doubling back to ensure I did not have to coordinate another pickup date. Thanks, Joe!

Last night Ted helped out by taking a truck up to the scene of a R-call (I-5 north about MP 14) and limping the broke truck back after I temp repaired it enough to get back to POR yard. That saved us no less that 2 plus hours of down time for the broke down driver, the cost of a tow, freight getting to OLY, and the freight that Don B. moved the rest of his night being delayed. All that to say please extend props to Ted for Bringing Peace of Mind to both internal and external customers of the Oak H. network.
