Extra Minutes

An extra 15 minutes went a long way.
Nick Tilton, a SPO P&D Driver, delivered three shipments and picked up one on June 30th. He went above and beyond that call of duty and helped a Customer who reached out to express that he was extremely impressed.
“I hope this finds you in good health. I wanted to give you a shout out to one of your drivers, Nick Tilton. When he showed up for his delivery today, we had just started unloading a shipping container. Nick went and grabbed his gloves and helped the man the inside of the container with my co-worker. He wasn’t even asked to do so. He showed no signs of being upset about it either. Just simply took initiative and helped out. I wanted to make sure he was recognized for this as it was a HUGE help.”
I visited with Jay and his counterpart Cody not too long after I received the email. Not only are they impressed with our drivers like Nick, but our overall service. Our transit times are unlike any other carrier, far superior stated Jay and Cody.
