Having a background in freight, I have very high expectations of service. I called in to find the status of my freight & Teresa was one step ahead of me at all times. She provided POD for two of my shipments in the same call and followed up with me via email not even 60 seconds after we hung up. She was courteous and I could hear the smile in her voice. It would not have mattered what the situation could have been, Teresa set the tone of the phone call from the very beginning, and I enjoyed the experience.
She could have told me that my freight was lost, and it would not have mattered. She did a wonderful job. Best customer service call this year and I have a LOT of them.
