Eco Boards are Live !
Eco Boards officially launched on May 29th.
We hope that you have noticed the new monitors around your terminals displaying a variety of content. It’s important that we stay connected, especially across teams, locations, and time zones. Eco Boards are one way to help us do that.
Earlier this year, many of you took part in our annual Employee survey. We heard that timely communication and more opportunities for Employee recognition is important to you. You asked that we make important information more accessible to frontline Employees.
Leadership is Focused on Three Key Areas This Year:
- Improving listening and building trust
- Communicating earlier and more clearly about change
- Expanding meaningful Employee recognition
Eco Boards Help:
- Keep you informed with consistent communication. Increase visibility into projects, wins, and priorities across the Company.
- Build community by sharing stories and celebrating successes.
- Highlight our OHFL culture and create connections.
What to Expect
We’ll update content regularly to keep things fresh, relevant, and valuable. Look for:
- Important Company updates and key announcements
- Spotlights on teams and individuals
- Tips, resources, and reminders
We also hope some of the messages make you smile and brighten your day.

If your screen isn’t showing the content it should be, is frozen, or displaying no content at all, let us know so we can work on a resolution. While the first troubleshooting step will always be to turn it off and on again, sometimes issues need to be escalated to our IT team.
