Starting July 1, 2026, Employees (and dependents age 18+) enrolled in an OHFL Medical Plan (RGA) have access to a FREE home preventive care screening kit through Reperio Health.
Here's what it means for you:
- Complete your annual exam & bloodwork from your couch, in 30 minutes.
- Instant results reviewed virtually with a provider in the same session.
- Results are 100% confidential from OHFL.
- Billing is direct to RGA…no out of pocket expense for you!
- Completion will satisfy the Preventative Exam & Bloodwork requirement for the Wellworks Plan.
- The Tobacco Attestation Form is still required for Wellworks.
