2027 Benefit Open Enrollment:
November 1 – 14
All Full-Time and Part-Time Employees Must Complete Open Enrollment
For your benefits to continue in 2027, ALL full-time and part-time Employees must complete the Open Enrollment process.
This includes Employees who have declined coverage in the past.
Prepare for Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review your coverage options and make benefit selections for 2027.
Because there are changes to some of our plans and carriers, please allow yourself plenty of time to review your options and make the right choices for you and your family.
Before enrollment begins:
- Make sure you can access Dayforce before November 1.
- Review your 2027 plan and coverage options in Dayforce.
- Have supporting documentation ready if you plan to add a new dependent.

Before Open Enrollment begins, make sure you can access Dayforce through the website or mobile app.

Information is now available on the Dayforce Open Enrollment HUB page.

Planning to Add a Dependent?
If you’re adding a new dependent, such as a spouse or child, to your medical coverage, you’ll need to upload supporting documentation to Dayforce after completing your enrollment, no later than December 1, 2026.
- Spouse: Marriage certificate
- Child or children: Birth certificate

Beginning November 1, you can find the Teams link on the Dayforce Open Enrollment HUB.
Open Enrollment Office Hours (all times PST):
- Monday, November 2nd: 6:00 AM – 10AM
- Wednesday, November 4th: 4PM – 7PM
- Monday, November 9th: 6AM – 10AM
- Wednesday, November 11th: 4PM – 7PM
Take Action on Your 2027 Benefits
We want to make sure our employees continue to have access to the benefits available to them. Please set aside time to review your options and complete your enrollment no later than midnight PST on November 14, 2026.
