Our OHU – LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Development) program application window is now open through the end of April.  If you are looking for a career and would like to be a well-rounded leader for Oak Harbor, this is a program you should consider.  This leadership development program will offer students the opportunity to learn about every part of our business while building key leadership traits.

The program is scheduled to kick off in late Summer/early Fall this year.  There is no limit to the number of applicants we will accept.  All applicants will go through our review process and only 3 will be selected to participate in our first session.

The LEAD program is an exciting new chapter for Oak Harbor and will be a part of what makes Oak Harbor continue to be successful in years to come.
