Oak Harbor University Update

The development of our leader development program, “Oak Harbor University: Leadership Excellence and Development” is well underway.
Our 54 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), broken into 15 separate teams, are developing their own learning experiences, which will be mostly complete by July 1st.
Currently, the LEAD program is scheduled for 37 weeks, and will be broken into 5 separate modules. Each module will be focused on one of our 5 company Leader Traits: Approachability, Integrity, Resiliency, Resourcefulness, and Selflessness. Upon graduating from this program, our students will strive to exhibit, and improve upon, these leader traits continuously.
As of now, we anticipate launching the LEAD program between Monday, August 1st and Monday, September 12th. That puts our first graduation between February 20th and March 27th, 2023.
We intend to provide monthly updates to The Dispatcher going forward.
