We are continuing in our efforts to build our brand-new leader development program, Oak Harbor University: Leadership Excellence and Development.

14 current employees applied for the program, which was amazing to see! The selection process was not easy! We want to thank everyone that showed interest in, and applied for, this program.

We have some highly capable applicants to consider this Winter from those applicants that were not chosen for the Fall session. After a few rounds of interviews, 5 candidates have been selected to move through our program. We are extremely excited to announce our inaugural class of 2023!

Each of these to-be Leadership Students showed substantial poise, a desire to dig deep and learn, and each showed the internal strength to stand on their values and words. They also demonstrated their vision – both personally and professionally. Please join me in congratulating our first group of students! They have an incredibly challenging and fulfilling process ahead of them.
