Oak Harbor University Update

We have successfully launched the 2023-2024 LEAD Program. Please join us in welcoming Zakee Fitzgerald and Connie Molina, as we wish them the best of luck with their studies and travels. We had an action packed first week of LEAD, complete with a public speaking workshop hosted by the Dale Carnegie Institute and a DISC Workplace Personality workshop led by Adam and Kerry. We topped the week off with our own OHU leadership training dialogue where we discussed leadership styles and the five characteristics of a good leader as defined by OHFL leadership across the company: Approachability, Integrity, Selflessness, Resourcefulness and Resiliency. 

We are also planning regional leadership conferences for Q1 2024, beginning with the EWA/ID/SLC Region the week of January 8th. In addition, we are busily trying to set up our core functionality and processes, so that we can easily provide services to you, our customers. On top of that, we have some smaller programs in the works that we are very excited about releasing shortly. Please keep an eye out for further communication from us going forward.
