I just wanted to recognize Damon Vongphachanh for all his efforts in saving a claim for $7787.70. A Customer had a
shipment that was refused, he repalletized and restacked
some heavy food items, they refused again. Damon then
went ahead and restacked and wrapped the items for the
2nd time, and they finally accepted the shipment with no
problems. Damon went above and beyond trying to get this
cleared up for both the Customer and Oak Harbor.
