Mike Frith:
Applying Safety in Videos

Over the last year or so, P&D Driver, and Driver Trainer, Mike Frith from the Reno terminal has created at least 7 instructional videos targeted at Drivers, Dock Workers, and/or customer-facing teammates. The list includes:
- Customer Interactions w/ Rinnai (Reno customer)
- HazMat Shipping Papers
- Proper Chaining
- Pre-trip Inspections
- Load to Ride: Inbound and Outbound
You can find these modules on our learning platform, Oak Harbor University (Axonify). The leadership, passion, ownership, creativity, vision, and risk-taking that Mike has chosen to demonstrate has added healthy value to the business and has been a tremendous example of Leading from the Front, Taking Care of the Customer, and Expecting Exceptionalism.
The L&D team continues to look forward to additional contributions from Mike.
