Transitioning from Overdue Certifications

Now that you’ve caught your breath, I want to redirect your attention from overdue certifications to upcoming, or due, certifications.

The best way to win, or manage compliance, is by anticipating the war ahead. With that, let’s take a look at the Due Certifications on Axonify. The value here will be in always being ahead of the compliance & certification curve; doing so will ensure our teammates are always current on their compliance training and, as a result, we will never allow ourselves to expose OAK HARBOR FREIGHT LINES to litigation due to either OSHA or DOT noncompliance.

The OAKH core value “Leaders Lead from the Front” means we do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do. Let’s go extremely own that concept.

Using LAX as a sample terminal, go to LeaderZone on Axonify, then to User Metrics.

Then click on the Due Certifications box.

Due Certifications are those that will be due during the next 30 days. This makes sure you are aware of everything each of your teammates will need to complete before the following month.

Clicking on the “Ethics & Compliance, Harassment Prevention” topic (above, top of list), you’ll find the 7 employees who will have this topic due within the next month.

Employees will switch to overdue if they do not complete their training within the 30-day grace period after their due date.
