Major Contributing Factors to the Scores:

Partnership wins seem to really be filling the buckets. Congratulations to those of you capitalizing on the PARTNER26 program to earn new loads in higher revenue lanes.

Late Contracts hurt! Be sure to start internal reviews on contract renewals 60-90 days in advance of renegotiation date.

We’ve also gone live with Driver Sales Leads to get more P&D Drivers’ eyes helping us look for additional opportunities. Adding more freight from an existing Customer should be some of the most profitable wins, so be sure to follow-up timely on all Driver Leads, report back to Drivers with results (wins or not), and celebrate those wins amongst the Operations team!

Capture that zip code in the Business Address field, use the down arrow/dropdown menu to expand the additional fields, and be sure to include comments!

Driver Leads that result in new business is a Lead Success, worth 5 points each for new landed business reported to me. Please forward the original system email with claims.

The singular goal in 2026 is to add profitable revenue without sacrificing safety or service. The first half of that equation falls squarely on Sales & Pricing! We’ve got a bit of a tailwind with volume, revenue, and fuel! It is up to our amazing sales team (with critical support from our operational & admin teams) to help push these numbers up.
