I must take a moment and compliment the two gentleman that delivered the product.
Parking in downtown Portland can be challenging. However, the delivery drivers kindly circled the block and parked where they were motioned to. This meant that the 3 pallets had to be pulled down the sidewalk approximately ½ block, to the garage door at the back of the Portland Building. Not only did these exemplary individuals kindly and cheerfully pull the pallets down the block, but they also took the time to take them down the ramp inside the building and unload where we asked them to.
Customer service such as we received today is rare. Please thank them for us again and let them know that their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile was seen and appreciated.

I always email to get my quotes. I am old school I like customer service and a real human on the other end. I don’t want to go to a website and enter everything. We have come to a place in this world where customer service and relationships are not there. Everyone is too busy, don’t really want to work or do their job, they are just there to collect the pay check.
Kari at your office is absolutely amazing and Oak Harbor is very fortunate to have someone like her representing their company. There are times your rate is somewhat higher but I will use you because she is so great to deal with. I know if I have an issue she is going to help resolve it. No excuses no wait time – she does her job. I appreciate her so much.
So today make sure she knows she is doing a fabulous job and the people that deal with her absolutely love her and appreciate her.

She was extremely helpful and very friendly. It was a tricky delivery, and she helped navigate how to safely get the freight inside the shelter.
While there, she shared that she loves dogs and even came in quickly to meet one of the pups.
