Over the next nine months, these 6 Leadership Students will learn all about earning influence, leading through communication and effective people skills, challenging processes, being candid, and blending knowledge across the business into successful outcomes. When they have completed LEAD, each of these 6 will be on our leadership bench for promotions into salaried leadership roles.
