Paycheck deductions will likely increase on 1/1/27 for enrolled Employees. To be eligible for the lower monthly deductions (“Wellness Rate”), you are required to complete the Wellness Program steps.
We believe this will help our Employees with early identification and treatment of any potential medical issues.
Ongoing participation will also build healthy preventive healthcare habits by going to a medical provider and having basic testing done on an annual basis.
Enrolled Employees & Spouses (if enrolled) on our medical plan
on or before 9/1/25.
Children on plans do not need to participate.
The Program consists of:

The program runs annually from 9/1 through 8/31 of the following year. Therefore, the current program year is 9/1/25 through 8/31/2026.

Yes, through 8/31/26 your can still upload your annual physical exam information into Dayforce. Each enrolled employee and enrolled spouse can receive one $50.00 payment, from 1/1/26 through 8/31/26.
This is the final year of the $50.00 incentive.
